Known properties : Traditionally used to sooth sore muscles and inflammation due to sprains, bruises, and wounds.
Contains : Arnica (dried flower) (Arnica montana), ratio 1:5, purified water, 25% natural grain alcohol.
Description : The Commission E ratifies the application of arnica as an emergency remedy for injuries, hematomas, contusions, leg ulcers, superficial phlebitis, dislocations, sprains, edema associated with a fracture, furunculosis, inflammation caused by insect bites, and cuts.
It is a disinfectant, anti-rheumatic and neuralgic, but the anti-inflammatory property is one of the most important actions of the plant.
Arnica also relieves emotional shock (apply to pulse points).
Recommended dosage : Do not take internally / external use only. Once daily, prepare a poultice for external use by diluting 20 drops, using the dropper provided, into 3-10 times as much water, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
Cautions and warnings : Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. Do not use if you are allergic to the Asteraceae (daisy) or compositae family.
Adverse reactions: Hypersensitivity or allergy may occur. Discontinue use if this happens.
