Description : The white pond lily is used as a nervous sedative. Very effective for anxiety, sleep disorders and nervous tension.
Due to its astringent property, it is suggested for diarrhea related to intestinal irritation. It is known as anaphrodisiac, it calms, inhibits and reduces sexual activity.
As a gargle, it is effective against sore throat and act as an antiseptic.
Recommended dosage : 10 to 40 drops 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
