USE

Massage: relaxes skin, cell regenerator and antiseptic. It helps relieve tension and creates a kind of carelessness and indolence very favourable to the exchange of hugs and pleasure of the senses. A massage with this oil is soothing and slightly heady. A few touches on the heart area to stabilize the heartbeat.

Bath: a restorative bath which undoes psychological stress.

Inhalation / olfaction: to fight against stress, anxiety and protect  from the agitation of disappointment and lack of insurance.

Diffusion: to lower the heart rate and blood pressure.

Note: when used in olfaction or diffusion, take care to not be too ''heavy hand''. The oil gives off a sweet and voluptuous fragrance so powerful that it can cause nausea and headaches.

Cautions: pregnant and lactating women, children under 6 years.
