USE

Massage: for circulation, especially to improve the cold ends. It also acts on the spasms, colic, stomach pains, muscle aches, joint pains, rheumatism and arthritis. By massaging on the stomach, it relieves urinary tract infections and other bowel disorders such as poisoning or fermentation.

Bath: for muscle and joint pains. It soothes rheumatism and arthritis.

Inhalation / olfaction: cons nervous fatigue, dark thoughts and to calm cough and release mucus.

Diffusion: to clean the air of the patient's room or the house when the flu or any other consequences from the rigors of winter roam.

Cautions: avoid during the first 3 months of pregnancy and for people with epilepsy. Possible skin irritation.
