Massage: this is one of the three major oils (with the lemon eucalyptus and lavender) for muscle, joint and tendinous pains (muscle sprains, tennis elbow (outside of the elbow), golf elbow (inside of the elbow), tendonitis, sciatica, rheumatism, arthritis). 1 drop of wintergreen in 4 drops of neutral base for massage on the cheek, on the side of a painful tooth to relieve suffering. 1 drop of wintergreen and 1 drop of lemon in a dozen drops of massage oil to apply directly on the liver area to relieve headaches related to food (bad digestion).
Bath: for a deep muscle relaxation, to calm nervous irritation or heaviness liver.
Inhalation / olfaction: few drops on the pillow to help sleep.
Diffusion: to help with personal tensions and tense moments. This oil is useful for adding warmth and optimism to an already friendly atmosphere.
Cautions: pregnant and lactating women Possible skin irritations if too high dose.
