Massage: lumbago or rheumatism, muscle pain. Venous decongestant. By massaging the lower abdomen and lower back: against hot flashes, symptoms of pre-menopausal and menstrual pain.
Bath: brings a sensation of well-being and relaxation and prevents excessive sweating. It calms emotionalism and anxiety. In footbath against hyperhidrosis of the feet.
Inhalation / olfaction: a very slight smell (a trace) to regain vigour and dynamism.
Diffusion: to help with personal tensions and tense moments. Avoid spreading this oil if you need to drive or to do anything else that requires alertness and concentration, due to its sedative property (an overdose may also cause headaches.
Cautions: pregnant women, fibrocystic breast. An oil to avoid during the second part of the female cycle.
