Massage: lumbago or rheumatism, muscle pain. Venous decongestant. Massaged on the liver to help detoxify (ideal for seasonal changes.).
Bath: provides real stimulation during periods of fatigue while promoting the elimination of toxins. Also useful to help recover from an evening that was a little too well watered! Attention: rosemary essential oil is cons-indicated in the bath for people suffering of hypertension, because the warm water could potentiate its tonic aspect.
