USE

Massage: this is one of the three major oils (with the lemon eucalyptus and wintergreen) for muscle, joint and tendinous pains (muscle sprains, tennis elbow (outside of the elbow), golf elbow (inside of the elbow), tendinitis , sciatica, rheumatism, arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis). For wounds and injuries: put 2 drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil applied directly on the affected area.

Bath: for muscle relaxation, liver heaviness and transient nerve irritation.

Inhalation / olfaction: n/a.

Diffusion: calm agitation, aggressivity, anxiety, impatience and irritability.

Cautions: first 3 months of pregnancy.
