USE

Massage: to relieve aches and muscle and joint pains. In stressful period (exams, urgent work, etc.) apply 2 drops on the soles of the feet in the morning to give strength and tone.

Bath: to prepare for a competition or to provide energy before starting a difficult day or activity.

Inhalation / olfaction: for bronchitis or sinusitis

Diffusion: to give confidence and courage and also to revive inspiration.

Cautions: first 3 months of pregnancy.
