Lemon Eucalyptus   (HE20)

USE

Massage: this is one of the three major oils (including lavender and wintergreen) for muscle, joint and tendinous pains (muscle sprains, tennis elbow (outside of the elbow) golf elbow (inside of elbow) tendonitis, sciatica, rheumatism, arthritis). It is also helpful in massaging the lower abdomen and near kidneys for cystitis.

Bath: to soothe pains and for a deep muscle relaxation. The bath also calms the nervous irritation.

Inhalation / olfaction: n/a

Diffusion: to repel mosquitoes.

Cautions: first 3 months of pregnancy.
