USE

Massage: used for massage, it helps to reduce cellulite or to make up for deficit in lymphatic circulation (with drainage massage). 1 to 2 drops on wrists (regularly during the day) to stimulate the immune system. Also, 20 drops in 50ml of dry oil to use as after shave (antiseptic, promotes healing and decongests the skin).

Bath: for an invigorating bath in the morning and to stimulate the elimination of toxins and metabolic wastes. In stressful times, put 5 drops of cedar essential oil in shampoo to fight against dandruff and hair loss.

Inhalation / olfaction: promotes calm return, goes well with contemplation and meditation (if you want to stay in a subtle form of "anchoring"). It promotes strength of will, determination and ability to take action when necessary

Diffusion: an anti-depressant perfume that helps drive the anxieties and allows to get over personal problems. Dut to its cocooning roundness, its spread goes well with stalls from addictions such as tobacco, alcohol, food or heartbreak.
