In 50ml of massage base or in neutral bubble bath, we add:

10 drops of lavender essential oil because this oil calms agitation, anxiety, nervousness and relieve sleep disorders.

5 drops of mandarin essential oil to calm the central nervous system and calm the sympathetic nervous system.

4 drops of sweet orange essential oil, because it acts as a relaxant, it calms anxiety and it helps fight against burnout.  

3 drops of marjoram essential oil to soothe the mind, to forget worries and resentments.

The must of relaxation : The dermogenic lotion, we spray it on and under the feet and made it penetrate with light massage. Then, put on a pair of cotton socks to keep feet warm. This lotion soothes the mind and calm the frustrations and mood swings.
