USE

Massage: dilute two drops in a few drops of massage oil and apply on the chest or on the arch for an expectorant effect.

Bath: 15-20 drops in a neutral base; add to the bathwater (37 to 39C °) for an antiviral, breathing and energizing activity. Avoid this bath if you have fever

Inhalation / olfaction: two drops on a handkerchief to breathe as often as necessary to decongest the nasal passages. For olfaction, put 3-4 drops in a cup and breath the steam to clear the sinuses.

Diffusion: mix 20 drops with 10 drops of essential oil of thyme or rosemary (as you prefer) to facilitate breathing, clear the atmosphere during an influenza.

Cautions: pregnant women and toddlers ages.
