USE

Massage: anti-cellulite, to fight against heavy legs and all circulatory problems. 1 drop or 2, between the toes and on the foot arch to control excessive sweating.

Bath: relieves joint stiffness, muscle tension, hemorrhoids and gynecological problems.

Inhalation / olfaction: for headaches,  breathing difficulties and ENT disorders.

Diffusion: aerial antiseptic. Mix with lavender for a soothing effect and to relax at the end of the day.

Cautions: all the time of pregnancy, during breastfeeding and during cancer and hormone disorders.
