Known properties : Traditionally used to protect the liver.
Contains : Milk thistle (Silybum marianum), ratio 1:5, purified water, 30% natural grain alcohol.
Description : The milk thistle improves the liver function, it stimulates hepatobiliary function during functional disorders, jaundice, biliary colic and spleen pain. It also relieves symptoms associated with overeating and alcohol excess. It regenerates the liver and prevents gallstones.
It has antioxidant and antiradical properties and is sometimes used against blood circulation disorders. This plant is indicated in the treatment of liver disease caused by metabolic toxins: alcohol, industrial poisons, hepatic dysfunction, hepatitis, fatty degeneration, cirrhosis and liver latent.
Recommended dosage : 1 tsp 2 to 3 times daily or as recommended by your health care practitioner. Use for at least a period of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects.
